A Girl's Curriculum Part 4

Finally, as the little girl reaches the age of accountability, her education will develop with the increase in responsibility and ability to reflect and contemplate attitudes as well as principles at work, and in the same way the subjects of home schooling will change. They will become more reflective, and will be geared towards understanding how God formed all things in His greatness and sovereignty, and how His Law governs all life and the choices we make, if we trust and obey His eternal will and Law-Word.

And during all this time, her part in the household chores will increase according to her ability and age, according to her interest and preferences, while all aspects of the family life will become more transparent year by year.

The overall goal of the little girl's curriculum is to enable her to be a godly woman, wife and mother, to fulfill her role with skill, understanding, creativity and gladness, and to find delight and guidance in the word of God all her life. She will be enabled to use her gifts and talents to the benefit of the family and to the glory of God, and she will be taught to stand firm and faithful at her husband's side one day, teaching her own children how to be godly people, people that will be found worthy to rebuild the Kingdom, should the end come within their lifetime.
